In accordance with GOST R ISO 22000-2007, Food Safety Management System and Prerequisite Program (PRP), Orekhprom JSC has introduced zoning of its industrial spaces with indication of requirements to each zone aimed at prevention of microbiological, chemical, allergenic and physical contamination of product. Accomplishment of the zoning principles is a matter of significant importance for product safety and quality.

Separate storage of raw products. Only one kind of product may be stored on one pallet. Zoning of the storage area.

Assignment of particular production sites for the manufacture of one product kind (nut kernel). Assigned lines and separated workshops for nuts of different kinds.
