The administration has the right:

Add data, change it, delete content;
Restrict access to information.

The user undertakes:

Prevent loss of data and access to it by third parties;
Provide only unique, non-copied information;
Do not make changes that would cause the site to malfunction;
Do not use special programs for automatic data collection (scripts);
Timely make adjustments to personal data when it changes;
Do not register on behalf of other users, if such is not provided by law.

The duties of the Administration include:

Take steps to maintain the site’s performance, excluding moments when the failure occurred for technical reasons beyond the control of the Administration;
Protect information on the User’s account;
Delete data, if such is prohibited or restricted for distribution, and in some cases – with the blocking of the User’s account.

The following cases of liability of the parties are provided for:

The User is responsible for the data provided by him;
In the event of force majeure, natural disasters, hostilities, the Administration is not responsible for the safety of User data;
The discrepancy between the expectations of the User and the specifics of the services received on the web resource is not the basis for the responsibility of the Administration;
The responsibility of the Administration does not arise if the data was copied by the User from other web resources and posted on the website https://orekhprom.ru/ in the form of comments, in discussions, topics for comments created by the User or in any other way;
The provision of services by third parties does not entail the responsibility of the Administration.

This Agreement comes into force at the time of using the site.

The Agreement is terminated if a new version of the site has been released.

The administration has the right to change the terms of the Agreement unilaterally, no notification of the User is required.
